A threaded bore can be found in the hexagonal screw head. This enables the stable fixation of the hexagonal key driver aperture to the femoral neck screw.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A self-tapping, threaded skewer fits to the body of the threaded cannulated screw.
