Finite element systems make it possible to control the products previously, eliminate unnecessary prototype production and at the same time improve quality and reduce costs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_inner_1 et_pb_row_inner et_pb_equal_columns et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_1 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_8 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough v-kozep\"><div class=\"et_pb_image_0 et_pb_image et_pb_module et_block_module\"><span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bionika.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/cikk-szamitogep-speedy.jpg\" \/><\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_2 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_8 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough v-kozep\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Bionika, we use simulations to evaluate different plan alternatives, perform behavioral experiments, and have a look at the product's performance in order to accelerate innovation. The simulation is part of our product development process. In this case, the capacity of the Speedy implant was examined. The software displays the voltage differences in a spectacular colour map, which is both impressive and highly informative during the product optimization. The simulations were performed using several titanium alloys and the geometry was modified as well. The software allows you to easily detect voltage traps and dangerous cross-sections. Due to the voltage diagrams, we often notice construction defects over which we would otherwise overlook.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_inner_2 et_pb_row_inner et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_3 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"center\"><strong>Calculation model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"kep-szoveg\">We design computational models for scaling products. Its maximum value wakes up due to tightening, on the implant's pleated head.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_inner_5 et_pb_row_inner et_pb_equal_columns et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_inner_8 et_pb_column_inner et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_8 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough v-kozep\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"center\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Maximum main voltage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"kep-szoveg\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The maximum voltage is generated at the part of the implant where the shear stress is highest.
