Within the framework of the project, Bionika Medline Ltd. aims to implement targeted technological and digital developments that improve the efficiency, capacity and quality of its existing manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n The main objective of the project is the acquisition of two modern, high-precision devices that comply with the strict quality requirements of medical device manufacturing.<\/p>\n These devices integrate seamlessly into the company\u2019s existing production structure and represent a clear technological and capacity enhancement, affecting several key steps of the manufacturing process: quality control and sterilisation.<\/p>\n The company\u2019s current sterilisation capacity is operating at its limit. The Enbio PRO, with its fast cycle time, significantly reduces turnaround time. It is particularly suitable for sterilising small-volume, custom and small-series products, which play an important role in the production profile of Bionika Medline Ltd. Class B sterilisation meets the strictest healthcare-level requirements and is essential for maintaining a market-leading position and ensuring competitiveness in international markets.<\/p>\n In the case of dental implants and abutments, micrometre-precision dimensional inspection is critical. The current manual inspection methods are time-consuming and less efficient. The IM-8000 is capable of performing high-precision measurements automatically and contact-free, documenting up to 300 different dimensions simultaneously and rapidly. The acquisition of this device provides a significant advantage in quality assurance.<\/p>\n The development also aims to modernise the digital system that provides the administrative background for the company\u2019s activities. The modules of the InCash GOLD ERP 2025<\/strong> system will be introduced in two main business areas:<\/p>\n \u2013 optimisation of procurement and inventory management processes, These software solutions support the reduction of administrative burdens and enhance internal process efficiency.<\/p>\n To establish modern, digitalised business and production processes, one DELL PowerEdge T360 server<\/strong> will also be purchased.
