Detailed description of the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n As part of the production innovation, the company first plans to automate its surface treatment technology, which is currently carried out manually and inefficiently. The aim is to innovate the process by acquiring a robotised surface treatment device that can operate entirely without human intervention. The operator\u2019s only tasks will be loading the pallet and removing the finished product.<\/p>\n Another objective of the production innovation is the acquisition of a milling machine equipped with wet technology, as the manufacturing of customised products currently takes place on the Citizen long-turning lathe. While the available lathe model provides fast data processing and high precision, it is efficient primarily for series production in quantities of tens of thousands, rather than for custom items. For individual orders, setting up the equipment is a process that takes several hours, and reverting to series production requires the same time investment. The frequent changeovers significantly reduce productivity and cause considerable time loss.<\/p>\n The marketing innovation includes the development of search-engine-optimised website content, the creation of multilingual website content, and the enhancement of social media presence.<\/p>\n 5.
