Travelling Screwdriver Kit — a practical solution for every situation
BIONIKA has developed its screwdriver and test kits to ensure flawless performance during procedures. These kits were created with the aim of making the placement and removal of cover screws, implants, and abutments straightforward. Whether you travel to perform implantology or your patients arrive with unknown implants already in place, the BIONIKA Travelling Screwdriver and Test Kit is indispensable — it includes the key drivers compatible with the most common implant systems found in Hungary.
1. Travelling Screwdriver Kit
Our basic kit is supplied in a lightweight, anodised aluminium sterilisation box. The set includes 13 hand drivers, one adapter for contra-angle handpiece attachments, and a ratchet torque wrench. These are the most essential instruments an implantologist requires.
To facilitate ease of use, our kits are labelled with letter codes and markings indicating sizes and geometries.
2. Travelling Implant Test Key Kit
The implant test key kit is presented in a premium anodised aluminium box. It contains 23 keys compatible with the most popular implant brands.
Multiple diameter keys are available for each brand. This key kit enables assessment of osseointegration adequacy in patients who present with existing implants. It can also serve the secondary function of removing an incompatible implant. The package additionally includes a ratchet torque wrench.
3. Travelling Dual Screwdriver and Test Kit
A combination of the two kits described above, presented in a single tray. This set contains every hand driver you may need for the world's most commonly used implant systems!
The package includes 13 screwdrivers and 23 implant driver keys for osseointegration testing. Additionally, the kit contains an adapter for contra-angle handpiece attachments and a ratchet torque wrench.
Ratchet Torque Wrench
The ratchet torque wrench is designed for tightening screws to a specified torque and for placing implants. With a pre-set screwing torque, it ensures optimal force transfer during implant insertion.
The torque is adjustable between 15 and 35 Ncm. The desired torque values can be set by rotating the wrench to the right from 15 Ncm to the desired value. By screwing the adjustment screw of the ratchet torque wrench to its stop position, the torque can be set to unlimited — enabling application of torque values well above those indicated on the scale.
Instrument Kits for Successful Implantation
The use of instruments of appropriate quality and efficiency is essential during implantation. Our dental instrument kits were designed so that you can find all the tools required for implantation in a single, pre-assembled set — eliminating the need to source instruments separately.
The wide range of sizes enables versatile application of each kit. The trays are organised in surgical sequence order, with labelling to facilitate use. The sterilisation trays and boxes are manufactured using modern CAD-CAM technology.
BIONIKA Large Instrument Kit
The BIONIKA Large Instrument Kit contains 33 instruments. It includes preparatory instruments for pre-drilling procedures, drills for thread forming, thread channel calibration drills, paralleling pins, implant drivers, prosthetic instruments, and a ratchet torque wrench for tightening screws to a specified torque and for placing implants.
Small Instrument Kit
The Small Instrument Kit assembled by BIONIKA is an exceptionally practical and cost-effective solution. It contains the same instruments as the large kit, but in a narrower size range — a condensed version that can nevertheless be of great assistance to the experienced implantologist, especially when a space-saving option is needed for travel. The size range of instruments in all our kits is adapted to different implant systems and can be modified by arrangement.
