Order in the webshop
Sign in before you order so the order is linked to your account. Points are calculated from the product value of the order (the subtotal after discounts); shipping is not included.
Points are credited automatically
As soon as the order is marked paid or fulfilled, the points appear in your account. No codes, no claim forms. Refunded orders earn no points.
Redeem whenever it suits you
In your account, one button turns your points into a discount coupon that you apply at checkout. An unused coupon can be converted back into points at any time.
How many points will I get?
Drag the slider to your planned order value — the system calculates the same way, rounding down to hundredths of a point.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up for the loyalty programme separately?
No. Creating a webshop account is all it takes. Taking part is free, and collecting starts with your first order placed while signed in.
When do the points appear in my balance?
As soon as the order is marked paid or fulfilled. Crediting is automatic and visible in your account straight away.
How long are my points valid?
Every credit can be used for one year from the day it was earned. When you redeem, the oldest points are always used first, so points are far less likely to expire unused.
What happens if I return an order?
Refunded or voided orders earn no points; if the points were already credited, the system reverses them.
Can loyalty points be combined with other discounts?
The coupon created from your points reduces the total of your cart. Points themselves are always calculated from the product value actually paid, after any other discount.
What about the Hungarian webshop?
The shop.bionika.hu store runs its own forint-based scheme: 1 point for every HUF 100 spent, and 1 point is worth HUF 1.
