Good to know
- Points are earned on the product subtotal of your order, excluding shipping.
- Each order earns points once, and only if the order has not been refunded or voided.
- You do not have to ask for your points: crediting is automatic, and you can see your balance under “Loyalty points” in your webshop account.
- When you redeem, you receive a personal coupon code; an unused coupon can be converted back to points at any time, keeping its original expiry date.
- Redemption always uses your oldest points first, so nothing goes to waste.
