Hybrid
Implant System

Hybrid Classic – With removable abutments
The characteristics of the Hybrid Classic Implant: It is a Brönemark type hexagonal cross section head with inner cone and screw thread. Micro thread structure with a four paragraphed cortical cord thread. Double paragraphed normal cord thread body part for dynamic force reduction. With increased contour and increased thread depth, the cycloid thread structure with primary stability, self-cutting edge and anti-rotation groove. Each element of the thread has a radius-shaped, continuously variable cross-section.

Hybrid mini – Versatile mini implant
There are more and more patients with a small bone supply, who naturally have the needs of regaining the 100% function of their teeth. BIONIKA has developed the Hybrid mini implant system, which enables them to produce teethworks for versatile usage.
The Hybrid mini implants are applied in the case of average hard and thin bone structure, for removable or screwed toothworks depending on the used abutments.

Hybrid zygomat – Solution for extended bone deficit
An implant family that ensures versatile solutions. The Hybrid Zygomat provides a solution for extended bone deficit without bone substitution. The irregularly long (we offer 35 to 55 mm length) implants is implanted into the yoke-bone (zygoma).
The application of Zygomat implants offer an immediate solution with a single operation.
The geometry of the HYBRID implant
1. It is a Brönemark type hexagonal cross section head with inner cone and screw thread.
2. Micro thread structure with a four paragraphed cortical cord thread.
3. Double paragraphed normal cord thread body part for dynamic force reduction.
4. With increased contour and increased thread depth, the cycloid thread structure with primary stability, self-cutting edge and anti-rotation groove.
According to the natural analogy, each element of the screw thread has a radius-shaped, continuously variable cross-section. The â3â cord thread screw section is a smaller diameter with âkâ than the “m” thread formation of the apical part providing the primary stability with the sharper cycloid thread.

Abutments for removable and screwed toothworks
The implants are able to function with round-headed, locator headed, conical, multi-unit headed abutments. Using removable toothworks is a popular tooth substitutional solution in the case of totally toothless patients. One of the great advantages of the Hybrid mini solution is the interchangeability of worn-out round and locator heads.
