It can be applied in the case of average hard and softer bone structures as well. The surgery can be performed by small exploration, possibly transgingivally. Optimal construction for immediate loadness. Characteristics: Radius-shaped thread edge • Cycloid thread profile • High thread pitch • High thread depth • Conical, self-compressional thread adjusted to the natural tooth root • Thin, pointed conical ending. BIOPLANT – single-phase and bicortical systems

The part of the implant which gets to the jaw bone is a dense screw thread with a conical core, its outer contour is cylindrical, and nearly one third of it runs in a conical mantle and ends in a hemisphere. The neck of the soft tissue can be chosen in three sizes depending on the thickness of the gum. The head of the single-phase Bicortical Implantsystem has hexagonal geometry with an inner screw thread for fixing the abutments.The single-phase Implantsystem is also available in narrow and wide shoulder width types.

There are three types of headform implants in the Conefit Slim Implant System: Classic, aesthetic and round-headed. The characteristics of the Hybrid Classic Implant: It is a Brönemark type hexagonal cross section head with inner cone and screw thread. Micro thread structure with a four paragraphed cortical cord thread. Double paragraphed normal cord thread body part for dynamic force reduction. With increased contour and increased thread depth, the cycloid thread structure with primary stability, self-cutting edge and anti-rotation groove. Each element of the thread has a radius-shaped, continuously variable cross-section.

 BIONIC – Classical blade implant

The first major milestone was in 1992 when BIONIKA firstly got product – ORKI license: for the BIONIC ennosseal blade implant system. This is the first Hungarian titanium dental artificial root implant, which got the 238/92. numbered ORKI-license. The BIONIKA was the first in the Hungarian dentistry field to produce dental implants made with raw titanium.
