BIOPLANT – single-phase and bicortical systems
The part of the implant which gets to the jaw bone is a dense screw thread with a conical core, its outer contour is cylindrical, and nearly one third of it runs in a conical mantle and ends in a hemisphere. The neck of the soft tissue can be chosen in three sizes depending on the thickness of the gum.
Single-phase Bicortical Implantsystem: The head has hexagonal geometry with an inner screw thread for fixing the abutments.
Single-phase Implantsystem: There are narrow and wide shoulder width types.
Biphasic Implant system: This is a very simple and practical system, which can be implanted with biphasic surgical techniques.

BONELIT – Tube in tube
Connection of Bonelit: Pipe in pipe.
It is characterized by four-position rib rotation inhibition and tube-in-tube, conical micro-movement-free fit.
Thanks to the taper of the screw thread of the implant and its high pitch, thread depth, self-closing and self-cutting design, it has a bone compacting effect and can be loaded immediately with due care. The rounded implant end facilitates minor changes in direction when inserting the implant.

CONEFIT – Wide variability
The use of the two-phase Conefit system enables wide variability. For our two-phase implants, abutments for plastic, zirconia, titanium and cobalt chrome-based dentures are available in more than 40 different geometries and in a large selection of sizes.
Contact
The head part is equipped with a hexagonal key hole and a 60-degree centering morse cone that fits stably to the connecting part of the superstructure.

Already well-proven in engineering practice, it ensures the most perfect fit. We use a 30-degree cone angle, which results in power transmission free of micro-movements and provides favorable conditions for accurate open or closed spoon sampling, even in the case of larger angle deviations.
BIONIKA Cortical Normal implants offer a wide range of applications for average bone structure. When installing, you must pay attention to both the platform and the nominal diameter. Choosing the correct implant length according to the available bone stock is also important.

CORTICON – Power transmission without micro-movement

We use a fit that results in micro-movement-free power transmission and provides favorable conditions for accurate sampling. It superimposes forces deep inside the implant.

CORTILOG – Normal, one-piece, mini and temporary implants
Cortilog PCL, ECL and CCL belong to the normal, DCL to the one-piece, MCL to the mini, and TCL to the temporary implant. From the absence of a tooth to the replacement of the entire set of teeth, it is the right choice, and we strongly recommend it to you!

CORTILOG SHORT – Extra short implants compatible with the CamLog® system
The Cortilog Short extra short implant is suitable for tooth replacement even in case of low bone supply. Artificial roots are also available in 6 and 7 mm implant lengths.
On special request, we also undertake the production of 5 mm implants.
The implant connection is a tube-in-tube connection with a Camlog® compatible flat platform. The three cam shapes ensure a precise connection without rotation. We reinforced the outer shell of the implant where the “cams” are located.

DENTUM – The Swedish Bioharmony
Connection: Cone & hex – The perfect cone and hexagonal prism geometry ensures a perfect fixation.
Cortical Level – The chances of the implant persistency are significantly improved by inserting the upper edge of the implant at the cortical level or below.
Platform switching – The diameter of the abutment is smaller than the outer part of the implant which is connected to the bone. The bone can creep onto the upper edge of the implant.
Spirally microstriated cortical surface – The microstriated spiral surface can function as a significant weight bearing element. The self-closing thread structure and the cycloid cord thread geometry ensure a micromotor-free condition for fast insertion.
Anatomical root form – Due to the conicity, high thread pitch, high thread deepness, self-closing and self-tapping shaping of the implant screw thread, it has a bone-compacting effect, it can be immediately loaded with a due diligence.

We use a 25-degree, easy-to-solve cone angle, which results in micro-movement-free power transmission and provides favorable conditions for accurate open or closed spoon sampling. It superimposes forces deep inside the implant. The precise fitting of the cylindrical extension of the head ensures the tilting stability of the head.

IMPLIE – IMPLIE Narrow, Standard
This complex cone & hexagonal prism geometry has been proved in the engineering practice and ensures the perfect fitting. We are using a 25-degree cone angle that provides a micro move-free load transmission and assures good conditions for accurate open or closed tray method. It superimposes the forces deep into the implant’s inside.

MEDIS – Five different diameter implants
The Medis implant system includes five implants of different diameters. Each diameter implant is available in at least five different lengths, so you can find the right solution for every situation. All of our Medis implants are made of a high-strength titanium alloy with a homogeneous structure.
