Over the last 20 years, we have been involved in the development of more than 30 implant systems in cooperation with various medical groups at international and domestic levels, many of which are currently being produced. During development, it was a constant problem that early implants were not standard systems, were difficult for prosthetists to navigate among them. Diversity has raised many technical problems not only in implanting, but also in making a toothwork. These have increased the costs on the production side, which were also felt in the price of implants.

We worked together with our experts to explain the risks arising from differences that we encountered day by day. For example, perhaps we should not exaggerate, the problem is that the geometry and size of key aperture of the through-bolts with multiple implants are very diverse in the most common systems. If you take a look only at the hex key, the most common sizes are 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.25mm, 1.27mm, 1.3mm, 1.67mm … That is why we have sought to standardize our company’s through-bolts, hexagonal openings and drive keys.
